Our
staff is dedicated in promoting your child’s developmental growth.
One way we reinforce this is by providing a climate that is both
nurturing and caring. We believe that children will rise to the
level of their self esteem, therefore, we give plenty of positive
guidance and praise. We take time to snuggle, assist, rock and play
with your child. We believe children are a message we send to a time
we will not see. We are sending messages of love! Take some

Brooke Osieczanek has been working for
Tiny Treasures Christian Childcare Center since its first days of
operation in August of 2002. She began first working as
the Infant Teacher for 2 years. She then moved to
work with the Two year olds. In May of 2005, Brooke
became the Administrative Assistant for the daycare and as
of May of 2006 she has been the Center's full
time Director.
Brooke's over 14 years of working with children has shown
her many things. She believes that children should be treated
as the special and unique people that they are and should have
opportunities to learn and develop at their own pace. She
says, "Tiny Treasures has a low staff turn over rate. Our
staff are dedicated to the Early Childhood field and are highly
trained professionals. We will offer opportunities in
developmentally appropriate practices and activities. We
believe in educating all children intellectually, physically,
emotionally, creatively, socially and
spiritually."
We are pleased to have Mary Sue on staff
as our Infant/Toddler Director. With 24 children under the age
of two, it is necessary to offer our parents the reassurance that
these children receive specialized care. Mary Sue is responsible for
coordinating schedules of children as well as teachers. She works arm and arm with
her team members and has a very strong understanding of the
“happenings” in her rooms.
With 25 years of experience in child care, Mary Sue provides
added knowledge of infant/toddler development which ensures that our
program is providing exactly what our young children need to
successfully thrive at our center.
